Squid Rice Bowl Ingredients
- 🦑 1 handful cleaned squid
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🥕 1/3 carrot
- 🧅 1 green onion
Sauce Ingredients
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 tbsp chili powder
手順
Finely chop the green onion for making green onion oil. Slice the onion and carrot to match the size of the squid.
Prepare the sauce in advance by mixing gochujang, sugar, minced garlic, soy sauce, plum extract, sesame oil, and chili powder.
Heat 3 tbsp of cooking oil and sauté the chopped green onion for 2 minutes to create green onion oil.
Add the squid, carrot, and onion to the pan and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Pour the prepared sauce into the pan and cook for an additional 3 minutes, allowing it to reduce and coat the ingredients.
