Main Ingredients
- 1 sheet fish cake
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🥚 1 egg
- A pinch of sesame seeds
- 5 tbsp water
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1/2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
手順
Cut the fish cake and onion into bite-sized pieces. Blanch the fish cake in hot water to remove excess oil.
Prepare the seasoning sauce by mixing gochujang, chili powder, soy sauce, corn syrup, sesame oil, cooking wine, and minced garlic.
Fry an egg with the yolk slightly runny and set aside.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onion until it releases its sweetness.
Add the fish cake to the pan and stir-fry with the prepared sauce. Add 5 tbsp of water to make the dish moist.
Plate cooked rice, pour the stir-fried fish cake mixture on top, and place the fried egg over it. Sprinkle sesame seeds to finish.
