Flat Rice Noodles Stir-fry Ingredients
- 200g flat rice noodles
- 2 tbsp plum extract
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp spicy sauce
- 💧 1L water
- 3 sheets fish cake
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion
手順
Soak the flat rice noodles in lukewarm water for a while.
Cut the soaked noodles into bite-sized pieces.
Mix plum extract, ketchup, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, gochujang, and spicy sauce in a bowl.
Add water to a pan and bring to a boil.
Cut the fish cakes into pieces and add them to the pan.
Slice the green onion into large pieces and add to the pan.
Cover the pan and cook on high heat until the noodles are tender.
Serve the stir-fried noodles on a plate and enjoy.
