- 🍄 2 packs oyster mushrooms
- 🍄 2 shiitake mushrooms
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🧅 2 stalks green onion
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tbsp red pepper powder
- 2 tbsp ground red pepper
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- A pinch of sesame seeds
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
Protein
- 🍶 1 block firm tofu
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
手順
Tear the oyster mushrooms into bite-sized pieces and slice the shiitake mushrooms. Dice the onion and chop the green onions.
Heat a pan over high heat and add the oyster mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, onion, and green onions.
Add sesame oil, oyster sauce, red pepper powder, ground red pepper, sugar, minced garlic, and stir-fry quickly.
Sprinkle sesame seeds and stir briefly before removing from heat.
Slice the tofu into thick pieces and sprinkle with a pinch of salt. Pan-fry until golden brown on both sides.
Plate the tofu and top with the spicy stir-fried mushrooms. Adjust the amount of mushrooms based on spice preference.
