Vegetables
- 1/2 head napa cabbage
- 1 cheongyang chili, sliced
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
手順
Prepare the vegetables: slice the napa cabbage into finger-length pieces and slice the cheongyang chili. Use only one chili for less spiciness.
Heat oil in a wok and sauté minced garlic and sliced chili until fragrant.
Add the sliced napa cabbage to the wok and stir-fry.
Once the cabbage starts to wilt, season with soy sauce, oyster sauce, plum extract, and fish sauce. Stir-fry until well combined.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve.
