Essential Ingredients
- 🥩 300g pork belly, diced
- 1 handful shishito peppers, chopped
- 5 green chilies, chopped
- 🧅 20cm green onion, sliced
Seasoning Ingredients
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
手順
Dice the pork belly, chop the shishito peppers into 5 pieces each, slice the green onion, and finely chop the green chilies.
In a pan, fry the diced pork belly until golden and crispy.
Add the sliced green onion to the pan and stir-fry with the pork belly.
Add sugar to the pan, pour in water, and mix well.
Add minced garlic, soy sauce, shishito peppers, and green chilies. Stir-fry until the peppers are tender and the sauce is well combined.
