Noodles
- 🍜 200g somyeon noodles
Vegetables
- 🥬 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 🥒 1/2 cup julienned cucumber
- 🥕 1/2 cup julienned carrot
- 🌰 1/2 cup sliced pickled radish
Sauce
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Optional
- 1 tbsp plum extract
手順
Wash and dry the lettuce thoroughly.
Julienne the cucumber, carrot, and pickled radish.
Boil an egg until soft-boiled and set aside.

Cook the somyeon noodles and rinse under cold water to maintain firmness.

Sprinkle sesame seeds and serve immediately.
