- 🥡 1.5 blocks of tofu
- A small amount of cornstarch
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp rice wine
- 🍅 1 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧂 A small amount of salt
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧅 3 tbsp minced onion

Cut tofu into 1.5–2 cm cubes and coat each piece with cornstarch.
