- 🥩 480g ground beef
Vegetables
- 🧅 2 onions, finely chopped
Seasonings
- 9 tbsp gochujang
- 🧄 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 3.5 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp corn syrup (optional)
手順
Mix ground beef, minced garlic, soy sauce, sugar, and black pepper in a large bowl. Let the beef marinate while preparing the next step.
Finely chop the onions and sauté them in sesame oil in a frying pan until fully cooked.
Add the marinated beef to the frying pan and stir-fry until fully cooked. Lower the heat to medium-low, add gochujang, and mix well until the beef absorbs the sauce.
Add corn syrup and stir-fry for another 20–30 seconds. If corn syrup is unavailable, use sugar or skip this step based on taste preference.
