Main Ingredients
- 5-6 sheets fish cake
- 🧅 1 onion
- 1/2 stalk green onion
- A dash of sesame oil

Sauce Ingredients
- 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice wine
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- A dash of black pepper
手順
Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
Cut the fish cake into bite-sized pieces.
Blanch the fish cake in hot water to remove excess oil.
Drain the fish cake and pat dry with a paper towel.
Slice the onion thinly and cut the green onion diagonally.
Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the fish cake and onion.
