- 🐟 13g canned tuna
- 🧅 1/3 stalk green onion
- 🥕 3 tbsp shredded carrot
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🥬 2-3 leaves kimchi
- 🧅 1/4 onion
- 🍚 1 serving cooked rice

- 🧂 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍶 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 🧂 1/3 tsp sugar

手順
Remove oil from canned tuna and stir-fry it in a pan without adding oil for about 1 minute.
Add shredded carrot, soy sauce, cooking wine, and sugar to the tuna and stir-fry until well combined.
Dice the kimchi leaves and onion finely.
Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the diced onion and kimchi until fragrant.
Add cooked rice, gochujang, and sugar to the pan and stir-fry until evenly mixed. Drizzle sesame oil and stir briefly before turning off the heat.
Cook the egg into a thin omelet and slice it into strips.
Plate the stir-fried rice, top with stir-fried tuna, and garnish with egg strips. Serve immediately.
