Main Ingredients
- 1/2 can Spam
- 🥬 2–3 bunches spinach
- 1 green chili, sliced
- 1 red chili, sliced
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion
- 2 tbsp grapeseed oil
Seasonings
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
手順
Slice Spam into thick strips. Chop green chili, red chili, and green onion into small pieces.
Separate spinach leaves from stems.
Heat grapeseed oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic and green onion.
Add Spam to the pan and stir-fry until lightly browned.
Add green chili and red chili to the pan and continue stir-frying.
Add spinach to the pan and stir-fry until wilted.
Add sesame oil and sesame seeds, mixing well.
Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy.
