- 🧅 1/2 onion, chopped
- 🧅 1/3 green onion, sliced

- 🐖 200g ground pork

- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp anchovy sauce
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 💧 1 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- A pinch of pepper
手順
Slice the green onion for oil, chop the onion finely, and cut spinach into bite-sized pieces.
Mix 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp anchovy sauce, 1 tbsp corn syrup, and 1 tbsp water to make the seasoning sauce.
Marinate 200g ground pork with 1 tbsp cooking wine and a pinch of pepper.
Heat oil in a frying pan, add green onion, and stir-fry until fragrant.
Add marinated ground pork to the pan and stir-fry until cooked.
Add chopped onion to the pan and stir-fry until softened.
Pour the prepared sauce into the pan and stir-fry until well combined.
Add spinach and stir-fry briefly until wilted.
Serve the stir-fried mixture over hot rice and optionally top with a fried egg.
