- 🥩 400g beef
- 🍚 2 bowls of cooked rice
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🧄 A small amount of green onion
Seasoning
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 💧 5 tbsp water
手順
Bring the beef to room temperature 30 minutes before cooking. Season with salt and pepper, then coat with olive oil on both sides.
Slice the green onion thinly.
Slice the onion thinly and soak in cold water to remove its sharpness.
Slice garlic thinly, soak in cold water, then dry with a kitchen towel and fry until crispy.
Prepare a plate with chopsticks placed on top to rest the cooked beef.
Cook the beef on high heat until the surface forms a crust. Cook to your preferred doneness.
Rest the cooked beef on the prepared plate for 5 minutes to allow the juices to redistribute.
