- 1 whole napa cabbage
- 2 green chilies, chopped
- 1 red chili, chopped
Meat
- 200g ground pork
Seasonings
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1.5 tbsp fish sauce
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 4 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- A dash of black pepper
手順
Quarter the napa cabbage and steam it for 8 minutes starting with cold water.
Heat a pan with a small amount of oil and sauté the chopped green and red chilies.
Add ground pork to the pan and stir-fry over high heat.
Add sugar and mirin to the pork and continue stir-frying.
Add fish sauce, soy sauce, plum extract, minced garlic, and black pepper. Stir-fry until the sauce thickens.
Add vinegar and sesame seeds, then bring the sauce to a quick boil.
Pour the sauce over the steamed napa cabbage and serve.
