- 🥬 250g bok choy
- 🍄 1 pack king oyster mushrooms
Seasonings
- 🧄 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/3 tsp ginger powder
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp corn starch
- 💧 3 tbsp water
- 4 tbsp oligosaccharide
手順
Wash bok choy thoroughly and trim the stem slightly.
Slice king oyster mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.
Heat oil in a pan over low heat, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add ginger powder and stir to release aroma.
Add bok choy and mushrooms to the pan and stir-fry briefly.
Pour 1/3 cup water into the pan, cover with a lid, and steam until bok choy softens slightly.
Uncover the pan and check if bok choy is tender.
Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and oligosaccharide to the pan. Stir-fry over high heat.
Mix corn starch with water in a 1:3 ratio to create a slurry. Add to the pan and stir until the sauce thickens.
Optional: Add chili paste or chopped chili for a spicy kick.
Arrange bok choy around the plate and place mushrooms in the center for a visually appealing presentation.
