- 1 tbsp chopped green onion
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp perilla oil
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
手順
Trim the base of the bok choy and wash thoroughly.
Cut the cleaned squid into bite-sized pieces.
Heat 3 tbsp of cooking oil in a pan and add 1 tbsp each of chopped green onion and minced garlic to make aromatic oil.
Add the squid to the pan and stir-fry until coated with oil.
Add bok choy, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, and 1 tbsp soy sauce to the pan and stir-fry until the bok choy softens.
Turn off the heat and mix in 1 tbsp perilla oil and 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds.
