- 1 bunch bok choy

- 200g tofu
Seasoning
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
手順
Prepare bok choy and tofu.
Trim the top of bok choy and wash thoroughly.
Boil water and add a pinch of salt.
Blanch bok choy until tender.
Squeeze out excess water from bok choy and chop into bite-sized pieces.
Wrap tofu in a cloth or bag and squeeze out excess water, then crumble.
Heat a pan with sesame oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
Add bok choy to the pan and stir-fry until evenly mixed with garlic.
Add crumbled tofu and stir-fry until well combined.
Season with salt, then finish with sesame oil and sesame seeds.
