- 4 bunches perilla leaves
- 茄子 1.5 eggplants
- 🥕 A small amount of carrot
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
