Main Ingredients
- 6 sheets fish cake
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion, chopped
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 💧 1 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
手順
Slice the red and yellow bell peppers into 0.5cm strips and chop the green onion into 5cm pieces.
Cut the fish cake into 1cm strips.
Heat a pan with 2 tbsp cooking oil, 2 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp water, and 1 tbsp minced garlic. Add the fish cake and stir-fry.
Once the fish cake is halfway cooked, add the red and yellow bell peppers and continue stir-frying.
When the fish cake and bell peppers are fully cooked, turn off the heat and mix in the green onion and 1 tbsp sesame oil. Sprinkle 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds on top before serving.
