材料
Vegetables
- 🍄 300g king oyster mushrooms
- 🧅 1/4 onion, sliced
- 🧅 1/5 stalk green onion, chopped
- 🧄 5 cloves garlic, sliced
Condiments
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 🧂 to taste salt
- to taste ground pepper
- 0.5 tbsp sesame oil
- 0.5 tbsp sesame seeds

- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
手順
Slice king oyster mushrooms, onion, and green onion. Prepare garlic by slicing it thinly.
Heat a pan and add vegetable oil. Stir-fry the sliced garlic until fragrant and golden.
Add mushrooms, onion, and green onion to the pan. Stir-fry together on high heat.
Add cooking wine and oyster sauce. Stir-fry quickly for 2–3 minutes on high heat.
Reduce heat to medium. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt if needed.
Finish by adding ground pepper, sesame oil, and sesame seeds. Stir well and serve.
