- 🍄 1 pack oyster mushrooms
- 🥕 3 slices carrot
- 🧅 1/3 stalk green onion

- 3 sheets fish cake
Seasoning
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- A dash of sesame oil
- A dash of black pepper
- A dash of sesame seeds

手順
Slice the fish cake thinly and boil in hot water briefly, then drain.
Trim the base of the oyster mushrooms and cut larger pieces in half.
Julienne the carrot and slice the green onion diagonally.
