- 🍄 125g oyster mushrooms, trimmed
- 🧅 35g onion, sliced
- 🥕 30g carrot, julienned
- 🌱 15g green onion, chopped
- 🧄 0.4 tbsp minced garlic
- 0.7-0.8 tbsp oyster sauce
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
- 💧 1 tbsp water
- 🧂 0.2 tsp salt
- A few dashes of black pepper
- 🌰 Sprinkle of sesame seeds
手順
Trim the base of the oyster mushrooms and separate them into smaller pieces.
Slice the onion and carrot into thin strips (3mm thick). Chop the green onion and prepare 0.4 tbsp of minced garlic.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add the oyster mushrooms, onion, and carrot.
Add 3 tbsp of cooking oil and 1 tbsp of water to the pan.
Add 0.2 tsp of salt and stir-fry over medium-low heat until the mushrooms soften and release their moisture.
Once the mushrooms have softened, add 0.7-0.8 tbsp of oyster sauce and stir well.
Taste and adjust seasoning with a pinch of salt if needed.
Add the chopped green onion and minced garlic, stir briefly, and turn off the heat.
Sprinkle black pepper and sesame seeds over the dish before serving.
