Vegetables
- 🍄 300g oyster mushrooms
- 1/2 paprika, sliced
- 🧅 1/2 green onion, chopped
- A small amount of chives, chopped
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp perilla oil
- 3 tbsp perilla powder
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 120ml water
手順
Trim the base of the oyster mushrooms and tear them into strips. Slice the paprika thinly and chop the green onion.
Heat oil in a frying pan and sauté the green onion.
Add the oyster mushrooms and perilla oil to the pan and stir-fry.
Add the paprika, then stir in the perilla powder and water. Cook until well combined, then season with soy sauce.
Plate the dish and garnish with chopped chives.
