材料
Vegetables
- 🥔 4 potatoes, thinly sliced
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 🥕 1/5 carrot, thinly sliced
Seasonings
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- A dash of pepper
- A drizzle of sesame oil
- A sprinkle of sesame seeds
Cooking Oil
- A small amount of vegetable oil
手順
Thinly slice the potatoes, carrots, and onion.
Soak the sliced potatoes in water to remove excess starch.
Blanch the potatoes in boiling water for 2 minutes and drain.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and sauté minced garlic and onion.
Add the carrots and stir-fry for a minute.
Add the blanched potatoes and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Turn off the heat and finish with sesame oil and sesame seeds.
