- 🥗 300g radish, thinly sliced
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion, chopped
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Broth
- 1 cup anchovy kelp broth
手順
Thinly slice the radish and chop the green onion.
Heat a pot over low heat and add sesame oil. Stir-fry the radish lightly.
Once the radish softens slightly, add 1 cup of anchovy kelp broth and 1 tsp salt.
Cover the pot and simmer on low heat until the broth is reduced and the radish is cooked.
Add the chopped green onion and mix lightly.
Adjust the seasoning with salt and simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
Turn off the heat and sprinkle sesame seeds to finish.
