- 100g squid strips
- 2 tbsp grape seed oil
Seasonings
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp black sesame seeds
手順
Separate the squid strips into individual pieces.
Add squid strips to a frying pan and drizzle with 2 tbsp grape seed oil.
Turn on the heat to low and stir-fry the squid strips until warm.
Add soy sauce, mirin, and sugar to the pan, excluding corn syrup and mayonnaise.
Once the color and flavor are absorbed, turn off the heat and add 1 tbsp corn syrup.
Mix thoroughly using a spoon and chopsticks.
Add 1 tbsp mayonnaise and mix well.
Sprinkle black sesame seeds on top before serving.
