Main Ingredients
- 2 packs tofu noodles
- 150g minced pork
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 20cm green onion
- 🥚 1 egg
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp tonkatsu sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
手順
Drain and rinse the tofu noodles, then set them aside in a colander.
Crush 1 tbsp of sesame seeds and set aside.
Chop 1/2 onion and 20cm green onion into small pieces.
Heat 1 tbsp cooking oil in a wok and stir-fry the chopped onion and green onion.
Add 150g minced pork and 1 tsp black pepper to the wok, then stir-fry until the pork is cooked through.
Add 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 2 tbsp tonkatsu sauce, 1/2 tbsp sugar, 1/2 tbsp chili powder, and 1 tbsp sesame oil to the wok.
Push the cooked pork to one side of the wok and scramble 1 egg on the other side.
Combine the scrambled egg with the pork and mix well.
Add the tofu noodles to the wok and stir-fry until well combined with the pork and seasonings.
Transfer to a plate and sprinkle the crushed sesame seeds on top.
