Vegetables
- 🥒 1/2 zucchini
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🍄 1 handful oyster mushrooms
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Sprinkle of sesame seeds
手順
Sprinkle salt on the zucchini and let it sit until water is released.
Slice the onion thinly and tear the oyster mushrooms into smaller pieces.
Heat a pan on low heat and add 1 tbsp vegetable oil and 1/2 tbsp sesame oil. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
Remove excess water from the zucchini and stir-fry it with the onion over medium heat.
Add the mushrooms and continue stir-frying until they start to soften.
Add soy sauce and stir to coat the vegetables evenly. Adjust seasoning with salt if needed.
Finish by sprinkling sesame seeds and serve warm.
