- 160g ground pork
- 🥒 1.5 zucchinis
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🥕 A small amount of carrot
- 3 red chili peppers
Seasoning for Pork
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- A dash of black pepper
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- A suitable amount of olive oil
Seasoning for Zucchini
- 1.5 tbsp fish sauce
- A suitable amount of olive oil
Final Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 🌰 A sprinkle of sesame seeds

Prepare the zucchini, carrot, onion, and chili peppers by slicing them.
In a pan, add the ground pork along with soy sauce, minced garlic, black pepper, sugar, cooking wine, and olive oil.
Transfer the cooked pork to a plate and set aside.
In the same pan, add the prepared zucchini, carrot, onion, and fish sauce. Drizzle olive oil and stir-fry until the zucchini softens.
Add the cooked pork and chili peppers to the pan. Stir in oyster sauce and sprinkle sesame seeds.
Continue stir-frying for a few minutes until everything is well combined and heated through.
