- 🍗 3 pieces chicken thigh
- 5 tbsp ginger wine
- 6 skewers
Seasoning Ingredients
- 🧂 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp pepper
- 2 tbsp ginger wine
Sauce Ingredients
- 🧄 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
手順
Mince 2 cloves of garlic.
Cut chicken into medium-sized pieces.
Season chicken with salt, pepper, and ginger wine in a bowl.
Let the chicken marinate for 1 hour.
Prepare the sauce by mixing gochujang, chili powder, sugar, mirin, soy sauce, corn syrup, and minced garlic in a separate bowl.
Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
Cook the skewers on a pan with a little oil, turning frequently.
Flip the skewers occasionally to cook evenly.
Brush both sides of the cooked chicken with the prepared sauce.
Once the sauce is absorbed, remove the skewers from the pan and serve.
