- 🧅 1 stalk green onion
- 🧄 5 cloves garlic
Seasoning
- 💧 2 cups water
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
手順
Clean the chicken wings thoroughly and trim excess fat.
Soak the chicken wings in milk for 20 minutes.
Boil the chicken wings briefly until the blood disappears, then rinse them.
Cut the green onion into large pieces and prepare garlic cloves whole.
In a pot, add chicken wings, vegetables, 2 cups of water, soy sauce, corn syrup, and cooking wine.
Bring to a boil on high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer slowly.
When the sauce is reduced to a thick consistency, turn up the heat and stir until fully absorbed.
