Vegetables
- 600g radish, peeled and julienned
- 4 tbsp chopped green onion
Seasonings
- 3 tbsp red pepper powder
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 2.5 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- Sesame seeds, to taste
手順
Wash and peel the radish, then julienne it into 3mm thick strips.
Chop the green onion finely and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, add the julienned radish and sprinkle with red pepper powder. Mix well until evenly coated.
Add vinegar, sugar, fish sauce, and minced garlic to the radish. Mix thoroughly.
Add chopped green onion, salt, and sesame seeds to the mixture. Toss everything together.
Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge.
