- 3 tbsp cornstarch
Boiling Ingredients
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 tbsp rice wine
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp ginger wine
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- A pinch of black pepper
手順
Soak the pork ribs in water, changing the water frequently to remove blood.
Make shallow cuts on the ribs to help the seasoning penetrate.
Boil the ribs in a pot of boiling water with rice wine, soy sauce, and a bay leaf.
Coat the boiled ribs lightly with cornstarch.
Pan-fry the ribs until golden brown.
