Vegetables
- 🍠 480g sweet potato, diced
- 🧅 2 onions, diced
- 🥕 200g carrot, diced
- 🥒 1 zucchini, diced
- 🥦 1 head broccoli, chopped
Canned Goods
- 🐟 85g canned tuna
Spices & Seasonings
- 220g curry block
手順
Wash all vegetables thoroughly and dice them into small cubes.
Blanch the broccoli briefly in boiling water and set aside.
In a large wok, add the diced vegetables (except broccoli) and cook them with water until softened.
Once the vegetables are almost cooked, add enough water to cover them and bring to a boil.
Add the curry block and stir until it dissolves. Simmer until the curry thickens.
Serve the curry over warm rice and enjoy with a side of kimchi.
