- 🍠 3-4 medium sweet potatoes
- 🧂 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 坚果 Handful of almonds
- 🍇 Handful of raisins
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 0.3 tsp salt

Steam the sweet potatoes until soft, then mash them while still hot. Avoid boiling them in water.
Sift the mashed sweet potatoes through a fine sieve for a smoother texture.
Mix the mashed sweet potatoes with cinnamon powder, sugar, and salt. Adjust the sugar based on the sweetness of the sweet potatoes.
Divide the dough into two portions. Add almonds to one portion and raisins to the other.
Roll out the dough thinly with a rolling pin and use cookie cutters to shape the dough.
Brush the shaped cookies with beaten egg and bake in a preheated oven at 190°C (375°F) for 20-30 minutes.
Place the baked cookies on a cooling rack to cool completely.
