Main Ingredients
- 🍠 2-3 sweet potatoes
- 5 tbsp glutinous rice flour
- 🧂 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 🌰 A few pine nuts for garnish
手順
Wash the sweet potatoes and peel them using a peeler.
Cut the large sweet potatoes into smaller pieces and boil them until soft.
Place the boiled sweet potatoes in a bowl. Use approximately 2-3 medium-sized sweet potatoes.
Add 2 tbsp of brown sugar to the mashed sweet potatoes and mix well.
Add 5 tbsp of glutinous rice flour to the mixture and stir until a dough forms.
Shape the dough into round pancake shapes and garnish with pine nuts.
Cook the pancakes on low heat until golden brown on both sides.
