- 🥬 1/4 head napa cabbage kimchi
Seasonings
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 3 tbsp perilla oil
- 1 tbsp canola oil
- 🌰 1 tbsp crushed sesame seeds
手順
Rinse the napa cabbage kimchi several times to remove excess seasoning and reduce spiciness.
Squeeze out the water from the rinsed kimchi and chop it finely for kids. For adults, you can slice it lengthwise.
Heat 1 tbsp of canola oil in a pan, add minced garlic, and stir-fry until fragrant. Add perilla oil and stir-fry again.
Add crushed sesame seeds at the end for extra nuttiness. If using sour kimchi, add a bit of oligosaccharide to balance the taste.
Serve the stir-fried kimchi as a simple side dish.
