Main Ingredients
- 2 blocks tofu
- 🥔 2 potatoes
- 🧅 1 onion
- 🧄 10 cloves garlic
- 5 green chilies
- 🧅 A small amount of green onion
- 3 cups anchovy stock
Seasoning
- 8 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp red chili powder
- 1 tbsp spicy chili powder
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- A pinch of black pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
手順
Cut the potatoes into desired sizes.
Cut the onion into desired sizes.
Slice the garlic into desired sizes.
Slice the green chilies into desired sizes.
Cut the tofu into square blocks of medium thickness.
Prepare the seasoning sauce using the listed ingredients.
Layer the potato slices at the bottom of a frying pan.
Place the tofu blocks on top of the potatoes.
Add onion, garlic, and green chilies on top.
Pour 3 cups of anchovy stock into the pan.
Add the prepared seasoning sauce to the pan.
Bring to a boil, then reduce to medium heat and simmer.
Once the potatoes are cooked, garnish with green onion.
Serve hot and enjoy with steamed rice.
