Main Ingredients
- 💧 6 cups water
- 🥡 1 block tofu
- 🥔 2 small potatoes, diced
- 🧅 1 small onion, diced
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, diced
- 4 curry blocks
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 🧈 1 small piece butter
手順
Prepare all ingredients by dicing tofu, potatoes, onion, and carrot.
Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil and a small piece of butter in a pan over low heat.
Add diced onion and sauté over low heat until golden brown.
Add diced potatoes and carrots, and stir-fry for about 2 minutes over low heat.
Pour enough water to cover all ingredients and boil over high heat for 10-15 minutes.
Add diced tofu and continue boiling over high heat.
Add 4 curry blocks and stir until fully dissolved over medium heat.
Simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Taste and adjust the flavor by adding more curry blocks or curry powder if needed.
Serve the curry over rice in a bowl.
