Tofu Dumpling Ingredients
- 1 block tofu
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 1/4 cabbage
- 1/2 zucchini
- 🥕 1 carrot
- Generous amount of olive oil
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- A pinch of pepper
- Rice paper
Tofu Dumpling Sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oligo syrup
- A pinch of pepper
- 🍋 1 lemon
- 2 chili peppers

Prepare 1 block of tofu.
Mash the tofu.
Stir-fry the tofu until its moisture evaporates.
Season the tofu with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Prepare 2 eggs.
Beat the eggs and pour them into a frying pan.
Scramble the eggs until cooked.
Prepare vegetables: 1/4 cabbage, 1/2 zucchini, and 1 carrot.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the vegetables with salt and pepper.
Soak rice paper in lukewarm water.
Place prepared ingredients onto the rice paper.
Roll the rice paper tightly to form dumplings.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on the dumplings for garnish.
Mix 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp oligo syrup, a pinch of pepper, juice of 1 lemon, and 2 chopped chili peppers to make the sauce.
Serve tofu dumplings with the sauce generously drizzled on top.
