Main Ingredients
- 🥡 1 block tofu
- 2 tbsp potato starch
- 🌰 1 handful almonds
Sauce Ingredients
- 🧂 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 🍶 0.5 tbsp vinegar
- 💧 4 tbsp water
手順
Cut the tofu into small cubes.
Place potato starch in a plastic bag, add the tofu cubes, and shake to coat evenly.
Heat a generous amount of cooking oil in a pan and fry the coated tofu until golden and crispy.
Drain the fried tofu on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
In a pan, mix soy sauce, sugar, corn syrup, vinegar, and water. Bring the sauce to a boil.
Add the fried tofu to the boiling sauce and mix well to coat.
Add almonds and mix thoroughly. Serve immediately.
