- 🥚 400g tofu
- 🍄 200g enoki mushrooms
- 🧂 to taste salt
Sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🍶 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧅 2 tbsp chopped green onion
- 🌰 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame oil

手順
Slice tofu into long pieces and pat dry with a paper towel.
