材料
Main Ingredients
- 1 pack firm tofu
- As needed cornstarch
- As needed vegetable oil
Sauce Ingredients
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2-3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 🥚 1 boiled egg
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- A pinch of pepper
手順
Mix soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and a boiled egg together. Mash the egg using a whisk until smooth.
Drain tofu for 2 hours or use a microwave at 600W for 3 minutes to remove excess water.
Cut tofu into small pieces and coat all sides with cornstarch.
Heat oil in a pan and fry tofu pieces until golden brown on all sides.
Add soy sauce, sugar, and vinegar to the pan and simmer for 2 minutes.
Pour the prepared sauce over the tofu and serve.
