Main Ingredients
- 🥚 300g soft tofu
- 1/2 pack enoki mushrooms
- 1 stalk green onion
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp soybean paste
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp perilla powder
- 3 cups kelp anchovy broth
手順
Place 300g soft tofu in a pot and mash it with a fork.
Slice the white part of 1 stalk of green onion diagonally and add it to the pot along with 3 cups of kelp anchovy broth.
Add 1 tbsp soybean paste and 2 tbsp soy sauce to the pot.
Trim the base of 1/2 pack enoki mushrooms, cut them lengthwise, and add to the pot. Bring to a boil.
Once the soup boils, add 3 tbsp perilla powder and stir well to dissolve without clumping.
Add 1/2 tbsp minced garlic and the green part of the green onion sliced diagonally. Simmer for a few more minutes.
