Main Ingredients
- 1 block tofu
- 1/3 bell pepper
- 1/3 paprika
- 🧅 1/4 onion
- 1 cup Vienna sausage
- 🌽 3 tbsp canned corn
- 1 cup pizza cheese
Seasoning Ingredients
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 🍅 4 tbsp tomato sauce

- Pinch of parsley powder

Cut the tofu into 6 pieces and season with salt and pepper. Use a kitchen towel to remove excess moisture from the tofu.
Chop the onion, bell pepper, and Vienna sausage into small pieces.
Heat a pan with a little oil and fry the tofu on both sides until golden brown.
In the same pan, heat a little oil and sauté the chopped onion, bell pepper, and sausage.
Place the tofu on a microwave-safe dish and layer with tomato sauce, sautéed vegetables, canned corn, and pizza cheese.
Microwave for 3–5 minutes until the cheese melts. Alternatively, cover and cook on low heat in a pan until the cheese melts.
