Essential Ingredients
- 500g tofu
- 6 tbsp tomato sauce
- 🧅 1/4 onion, sliced
- 🍅 3 cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 1/4 chicken breast, shredded
- 🧀 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
手順
Cut the tofu into 2–3 slices and remove excess water.
Slice the onion thinly, quarter the cherry tomatoes, and shred the chicken breast.
Heat a pan over low heat, add a little olive oil, and grill one side of the tofu slices.
Flip the tofu slices and spread 2 tbsp of tomato sauce evenly on each slice.
Layer onion, chicken breast, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, and parsley flakes (optional) on top of the tofu slices.
Cover the pan and cook on low heat for about 5 minutes until the cheese melts.
