- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🍅 5-6 cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 tbsp chopped green onion
- 🧄 1/3 tbsp minced garlic

- 1/3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 🧂 1/2 pinch salt
- A dash of pepper
手順
Cut cherry tomatoes into 4-5 pieces each.
Crack 2 eggs into a bowl, add 1/2 pinch of salt and a dash of pepper, and whisk well.
Heat a pan with cooking oil and pour in the whisked eggs.
Stir the eggs gently to create scrambled eggs as the edges start to cook.
Remove the scrambled eggs from the pan and set aside.
Add cooking oil to the pan and stir-fry the cherry tomatoes.
Add minced garlic and chopped green onion to the tomatoes, then return the scrambled eggs to the pan.
Season with soy sauce and stir-fry briefly to combine flavors.
