材料
Main Ingredients
- 2 tortillas
- 2 green onions
- 🥚 3 eggs
- A small amount of ham
- A small amount of mozzarella cheese
- 2 slices of cheddar cheese
Seasonings
- 🧂 1 pinch of salt
- Ketchup or strawberry jam as needed
手順
Beat the eggs and mix in chopped green onions and ham. Do not add additional seasoning.
Pour the egg mixture into a small pan and cook on low heat until the surface is almost set.
Spread garlic dipping sauce or tomato spaghetti sauce on a tortilla. Alternatively, use strawberry jam.
Place the tortilla on top of the egg mixture while it is still cooking.
Flip the pan carefully to invert the tortilla and egg onto the other side.
Add shredded cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese to half of the tortilla.
Fold the tortilla in half and press the edges firmly. Flip once to cook until golden brown.
Cut into 2-3 portions and serve on a plate.
