Main Ingredients
- 🐟 150g canned tuna
- 🧅 2 onions, sliced
- 🧅 1/2 green onion, chopped
Seasonings
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1.5 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
手順
Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic.
Add sliced onions and stir-fry until they become translucent.
Mix the soy sauce, chili powder, oligosaccharide, and sesame oil to create the sauce.
Pour the sauce into the pan and stir-fry with the onions.
Drain the oil from the canned tuna and add it to the pan.
Stir-fry the tuna with the onions and sauce, then turn off the heat.
Finish by adding sesame oil and sesame seeds before serving.
